The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the overall employee experience at Lyric. Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, this role ensures seamless day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of transparency, performance and continuous learning.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • First point of contact to review and respond to the LyricHR inbox 
  • Conduct new hire orientation; inclusive of pre-hire work and all Day 1 activities
  • Support the performance management process ensuring all employees receive timely performance feedback at all stages of the annual cycle
  • Introduction and assistance with the performance management process- both in terms of creating overall training guidelines for managers as well as providing real-time coaching/review of Performance Improvement Plans
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, implementations, procedures, laws, standards, Government Regulations
  • Aid in enterprise HR implementations
  • Assist on LMS activities including partnering with Cornerstone team to ensure overall compliance – working cross functionally with the Learning Solutions Team to verify what trainings and required and monitor completion rate.
  • Assist with immigration processing by coordinating with employees and external legal counsel and completing paperwork to ensure smooth processing
  • Involvement in various HR projects as assigned that are domestic and global in scope.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required (quantifiable from resume/application):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working in Workday
  • Ability to work with all levels of management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Human Resources space- internships included.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high performing start up environment
  • Cornerstone administration a plus
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)


***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$70,848.00 - $106,272.00
