Job Summary:
Revance is a skin health company focused on innovative aesthetic, skin care, and therapeutic offerings setting a new standard. The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners to support our overall hiring and human resources efforts. This role will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. This role is responsible for tracking and responding to a variety of inquiries and record-keeping requests. This role supports the Sr. Manager, HR Operations with various projects and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information, a multitude of simultaneous projects, and prioritize.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Responsible for interview scheduling process, and communicating logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure all new hires complete pre-employment screening, and provide a seamless onboarding experience. This includes initiating the background check and managing various pre-employment requirements.
- Delivers Orientation and completes I-9 verification for all new hires.
- Responsible for managing employee files and ensuring documentation is properly stored.
- Process all employee change requests in ADP, including but not limited to manager changes, title changes, job code changes and terminations.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and People Operations to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
- Support various HR Operations and TA projects, including but not limited to process improvements, reporting and employment brand efforts.
- Serve as main point of contact for new and ongoing immigration requests.
- Provide support for onsite panel interviews by giving white glove service to candidates, including booking travel and accommodations, and day-of support.
- Support the employee referral program by tracking employee-referred candidates, communicating to the referring employee, and ensuring timely payment.
- Manage weekly KPIs for TA function and provide weekly census reports for HR Operations.
- Complete exit interviews as requested by HRBPs and update terminations in term tracker.
- Complete employment verification letters.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant field, and 2 years' experience working in a corporate environment supporting diverse, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have strong and professional communication skills, Excel spreadsheet skills, and solid PPT skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
