We are seeking a compassionate, capable, and dependable Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Long Beach. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will help support day-to-day HR operations by serving as a trusted resource for employees and providing administrative and operational support in onboarding, employee record management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS
  • Assist with employee inquiries including but not limited to benefits, employment and wage references, policies or other employee inquiries
  • Prepare and process employment-related documentation
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience in HR administrative or support role
  • Knowledge of California and federal employment laws
  • Knowledge of basic HR funtions and employment practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain descretion when working with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • 18+ years old
  • US work authorization
  • Ability to pass a background and reference check
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Skills Required
