Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you will support daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. You’ll serve as a resource for team members and leadership, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the go-to resource for our hotel's employees, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Your daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
  • You will report to the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager.
  • A career as an HR generalist can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as HR manager, director of human resources, or even a corporate-level HR position.
Education & Experience
  • A college degree or two years of hotel experience
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
