JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator provides first line support to employees and leaders. Provides timely and accurate assistance with HR related inquiries regarding HR policies and programs and provides Workday support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides human resources support to leaders and employees within McGriff by assisting with HR inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Assist managers and employees with questions around payroll, benefits, compensation, time off and other areas. Escalate matters to HRBP’s when necessary.
- Perform payroll functions in Workday and in partnership with MMA payroll. Supports the HR team by assisting with inquires, making Workday changes, reporting, and projects.
- Pulls and compiles HR & Workday reporting.
- Assist leaders and employees with Workday questions on making employee changes, navigating Workday and general Workday support.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
- Three years of demonstrated experience using principles, practices, and/or methodologies associated with the Human Resources discipline.
- Experience working in the insurance industry
- Experience using Workday

- Possess advanced proficiency and demonstrate the ability to develop reports and presentations leveraging advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts and graphs)
