One
Main
Responsibilities :
ü Develop the HR strategic
plan and align it with the company’s overall objectives.
ü Design and implement
compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness, competitiveness, and
financial sustainability.
ü Review promotion plans and
succession planning for critical positions to ensure continuity and talent
sustainability.
ü Develop and update internal
HR policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations.
ü Supervise the preparation
and execution of the HR budget, including payroll, recruitment, training, and
other organizational activities.
ü Lead initiatives to improve
the work environment and develop employee engagement and motivation programs
that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
ü Represent the HR department
before governmental and regulatory authorities regarding labor issues and
inspections.
ü Additional tasks to be
discussed during the interview.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years'
experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG
environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jordan
Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication,
problem-solving, and leadership skills.
