As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
- Be a True Business Partner – Work alongside managers, supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
- Drive Change & Improvements – Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
- Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be a visible and approachable presence, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
- Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner on Talent Strategy – Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIEREMENTS
- Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree is required.
- PHR or SPHR designation is preferred.
- An advanced degree is beneficial but not required.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7+ years of HR experience.
- Professional certification strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software.
Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000 + 5% STIP medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
