We’re looking for a HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to our leaders and team members, helping bring our people strategy to life in a way that is both human and impactful. 
As a key partner to the business, you will help strengthen leadership capabilities, foster team member growth and engagement, and ensure our people practices scale thoughtfully as the studio evolves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires en matière d'efficacité organisationnelle, de gestion des talents, de performance et de relations avec les membres de l'équipe.  
  • Collaborer à la planification de la main-d'œuvre et assurer l’orientation stratégique du recrutement en partenariat avec le recruteur sénior.  
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires dans leurs conversations de rétroaction, de développement et de gestion d'équipe.  
  • Piloter les initiatives liées à la gestion des talents et à la mobilisation, notamment les Studio Growth Reviews et les sondages d'engagement, en utilisant les données RH pour identifier les tendances, anticiper les risques et orienter les actions.  
  • Gérer et faire évoluer les principaux processus RH, notamment l'accueil et l'intégration, les départs, l'administration des avantages sociaux, l'application des politiques, les communications internes ainsi que les initiatives liées à la culture et à l'expérience employé.  
  • Assurer la conformité de nos pratiques RH aux lois du travail fédérales et québécoises ainsi qu'aux politiques internes. 
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe RH de Virtuos Amérique du Nord afin d'harmoniser nos pratiques, partager les meilleures pratiques et soutenir les initiatives régionales.  

  • Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance and team member relations. 
  • Partner on workforce planning and provide oversight to talent acquisition in collaboration with the Senior Recruiter. 
  • Coach managers on feedback, development, and team dynamics. 
  • Lead talent and engagement initiatives, including Studio Growth Reviews and engagement surveys, leveraging people insights and data to identify trends, mitigate risks and drive meaningful action. 
  • Manage and continuously improve core people processes across team members lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, communications, culture and people programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with Quebec and Canadian labour standards and internal policies. 
  • Collaborate with the Virtuos North America HR team to align practices, share expertise, and support regional initiatives.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum de 7 années d'expérience progressive en ressources humaines, dont une expérience à titre de partenaire d'affaires RH ou dans un rôle similaire.  
  • Capacité démontrée à conjuguer réflexion stratégique et exécution dans un environnement en constante évolution.  
  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou dans une discipline connexe.  
  • Le titre de CRHA constitue un atout.  
  • Excellentes aptitudes en coaching, en accompagnement et en développement de relations de confiance.  
  • Capacité à concilier les enjeux humains avec les priorités d'affaires.  
  • Expérience en accompagnement des gestionnaires dans la gestion de la performance et le développement des talents.  
  • Bonne connaissance des lois et de la législation du travail au Québec

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or similar role. 
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.  CRHA designation is considered an asset 
  • Strong coaching and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to balance empathy and people’s needs with business priorities 
  • Experience supporting managers in performance management and development conversations 
  • Solid understanding of Quebec labor laws and employment legislation. 
  • Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills

Skills Required
