Bradford Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a person who wants to be a part of the change occurring within the Human Resources Department. Under new leadership we are currently looking for a Full-time Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing organization at our Red Oak Recovery Center which has three locations and is located in North Carolina. The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR leadership across their assigned facility within the organization. This position ensures consistent execution of HR processes and policies and leads daily HR operations at their assigned facility. This role is responsible for creating a high performing and engaged workforce by providing leadership in talent management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, and HR compliance delivering key HR metrics.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership in healthcare or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements in multi-state healthcare environments
- Skilled in change management, organizational development, and data-driven decision-making
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations for assigned facilities
- Serve as the organization’s primary authority for employee relations, ensuring consistent policy application, resolution of complex issues, and proactive risk management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics, including employee compliance, turnover, workers’ compensation, exit trends, and engagement surveys.
- Collaborate with key facility leadership to support workforce planning, culture initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Partners with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory audits, employee complaints, and investigations.
- Serve as a key liaison between facility leadership and corporate HR to ensure alignment on policies, programs, and HR initiatives.
- Support leadership development through coaching and alignment with organizational values and performance expectations.
- Maintain current knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legislation impacting healthcare and behavioral health organizations.
- Adherence to the requirements of the Company’s Standards of Conduct, Compliance and Privacy/Security policies/procedures, and/or applicable laws or regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of People and the CHRO.
