General Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing interview scheduling and support University partnerships in coordination with our Student Talent Manager. This person will also support offsite events in coordination with our Executive Assistant.
Essential Duties:
Schedule Onsite and Video based interviews utilizing Lever (ATS) and Outlook
Data entry, filing, & record management
Communication with candidates and hiring managers daily
Promote an exciting and professional work environment at all times
Participate in Career Fairs and conduct candidate outreach
Other duties as assigned including career fair organization and participation
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a recruiting team
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with leaders across all functions.
Proven ability to achieve results within a dynamic environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual career fair platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & highly adaptable to change
Highly focused with the ability to handle workflow interruptions
Excellent time-management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
Quick learner who can rapidly master new tasks and maintain accuracy
Professional demeanor with a natural ability to be the "face of the company" in-person, over the phone as well as with written correspondence
Proactive individual that can leverage good judgement and creativity to solve problems that may not have a prescribed solution
Exceptional attention to detail at all times
Experience with handling confidential information
Required Education:
High School graduate
Physical Requirements:
Limited travel (primarily in fall and early spring)

Compensation:
The range for this full-time position is $34.07 - $41.54 per hour + bonus + benefits.
