The Electrochemical Scientist will design and conduct experiments to develop electrochemical materials and processes, focusing on electrodeposition, interfacial electrochemistry, and systems for energy storage and semiconductor processing.

Develop and test RF and millimeter-wave components and subsystems. Responsibilities include schematic/layout generation, RF/mmW circuit and device modeling, on- and off-wafer RF testing, maintaining PDKs, and RF system design and integration in a fast-paced team environment.

Model and simulate semiconductor and quantum nanodevices using commercial and proprietary TCAD and multiphysics tools. Analyze semiclassical and quantum transport, electrostatics, thermal and stress responses, and collaborate with fabrication and test teams to interpret data, optimize performance, and present technical results.

Lead research and development of agentic AI and multi-agent systems integrating LLMs, memory, planning, tool use, and GraphRAG-style retrieval. Develop graph machine learning and geometric deep learning pipelines, build knowledge-augmented AI (knowledge graphs, ontologies), and ensure trustworthy AI via XAI, V&V, robustness testing, and uncertainty quantification. Collaborate across teams, publish research, and support proposal development for mission-critical autonomous and decision-support applications.

Develop ML and multimodal AI systems that integrate neurophysiological, behavioral, and sensor data for cognitive state estimation and decision support. Build algorithms and prototypes, apply cognitive science to improve explainability and human-AI collaboration, contribute to proposals/publications, and demonstrate capabilities for mission-driven R&D.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex infrared sensor programs, managing customer relations, schedules, technical performance, and compliance while leading multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.

Lead design, fabrication, integration, and testing of MEMS devices and subsystems. Develop and scale fabrication processes, run experiments and metrology, optimize process flows, and manage project timelines to transition research to production.

Lead end-to-end IMU evaluation and characterization, build and automate environmental and dynamic test setups, analyze performance and root causes, develop and debug firmware and signal-processing algorithms, create lab infrastructure and automation, define validation test plans and pass/fail criteria, and drive product maturation toward production readiness.

Serve as systems-level technical lead and customer technical point of contact for complex IR sensor products. Drive system architecture, requirements flow-down, verification/validation, risk and configuration management, technical trade studies, and technology transition from prototypes to production while leading cross-functional teams and communicating status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
