About the Role
Success Academy is hiring an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to own our core People programs, sharpen everyday HR operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to our Network Office leaders - including regular, direct interaction with executive-level stakeholders on their toughest talent challenges.
Reporting directly to the Leader, People, and in close collaboration with the Head of People and Chief People Officer, this role will put you at the center of our talent and workforce strategy, with a direct line into how senior leadership makes decisions. You won’t manage a team - you’ll own major HR projects end-to-end, influence executive thinking, fix what is broken, and continuously improve our talent management. If you like independent ownership, high-visibility work, and turning messy processes into clean ones, this role is built for you.
- Success Academy is the country’s highest-performing, fastest-growing public charter school network - a best-in-class, disruptive innovator that delivers complex services and solutions for 2,500 employees, 59 schools in NYC, with 5 more opening in Florida in 2027.
- We move fast, own outcomes early, and back people who experiment, learn, and continuously improve - individuals who are gritty with a high standard of excellence thrive here.
- You’ll get hands-on ownership, direct mentorships, and a front-row seat to how a high-performing organization actually runs.
- Your work here would absolutely improve the lives of real families. If you want to do something that actually matters, this is it.

- Drive Alignment: Communicate proactively across teams, keep work on track, and meet deadlines.
- Own Outcomes: Act with transparency, learn fast from mistakes, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, with experience managing HR programs, employee relations, or workforce data analysis.
