We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - GTM to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams - including Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success. This role helps to align people strategy with business goals. The HRBP will play a critical role in workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement to accelerate the growth of our GTM functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact to all GTM leads and employees for all HR matters.
- Drive and help deploy improvements to employee performance, mentorship, and recognition programs.
- Partner with the Manager, HRBPs and peer HRBPs to manage and support the company's performance management and annual merit processes for GTM teams.
- Provide coaching and general employee relations guidance to employees in assigned departments to aid in growth and development and to address and resolve workplace matters.
- Support career development, organizational design and change management efforts.
- Conduct complex investigations involving delicate matters and document findings and make recommendations on appropriate actions.
- Work with our internal and external legal counsel to manage HR legal affairs, as necessary.
- Help implement global HR programs and initiatives with a GTM lens by partnering with global HR colleagues and teams.
- Assist in company acquisitions/mergers.
- Provide guidance on employee issues, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies tailored to GTM populations.
- Advise leadership on hiring, termination and partner to develop succession plans.
- Required travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline. HR certification (ie. SHRM, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
- 6+ years' experience in HR with 3+ years specifically in an HRBP role in high-growth, global organization(s).
- Deeping understanding of GTM functions and the talent dynamics in sales and marketing organizations.
- Ability to utilize HR data metrics to influence business outcomes.
- Experience managing employee relations topics and issues, working with all levels of management in coaching and working through complex situations.
- Proficient with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, flexible, energetic with the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a total compensation range of $109,800.00 to $119,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
