Responsibilities- Responsible for switchboard coverage for the Division Office, providing administrative support and problem-solving assistance.
- Responsible for professional communications with our customers, vendors, executives, and associates.
- Coordinate switchboard coverage.
- Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
- Maintain break room supplies and provide general assistance to staff.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
