We’re hiring for an HR Officer — Multi-Region Operations, who spearheads HR initiatives and process improvements for a global team in the US and independent contractors across the Philippines and LATAM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance & Risk Management
- Own full DOLE and BIR compliance
- Manage payroll operations, statutory benefits, and contractor classification
- Keep us audit-ready at all times
Systems & Process Design
- Build SOPs, playbooks, and HR knowledge systems
- Automate manual workflows
- Document everything accurately
People Operations
- Manage and directly execute onboarding, offboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Ensure zero errors in payroll, contracts, and HR documentation prior moving forward
Performance Management
- Design and enforce performance frameworks, PIPs, and manager coaching
- Handle complex employee relations cases and investigations
- Drive accountability without drama
Strategic Partnership
- Work directly with US leadership on workforce planning, org design, and retention strategy
- Use data to drive decisions
- Flag organizational health risks proactively
Culture Execution
- Design engagement initiatives that move eNPS and retention metrics
- Protect the culture as we scale

Requirements
- 6+ years HR experience with 2+ years in management or senior HR roles
- Experience spearheading process and policy improvements across HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Expert-level knowledge of Philippine labor law, BIR transactions, and DOLE compliance
- Systems builder: You've designed HR processes from scratch and scaled them
- Fluent English: Professional written and verbal communication
- US hours: Comfortable working evening PH time aligned to US Central timezone
