To execute and deliver hands-on HR support services and solutions to assigned clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum HR support (recruitment, training, performance, talent, database management etc.)
  • Manage clients' HR activities and related matters on-site.
  • Recommend and enforce strategic HR policies and programs.
  • Assist with performance and attendance management procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Assist in managing employee database.
  • Maintain accurate HR files.
  • Any other duties as may be required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain confidential records and reports.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business tools.
Other Requirements and Qualifications
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Candidates should reside in Takoradi or should be willing to fund their relocation to Takoradi.

Skills Required
