Job Description

  • Check and follow Recruitment requests, ensure the headcounts within budget.
  • Sourcing and screen potential candidates through different channels
  • Cooperating with hiring department to arrange interview and selection procedures to ensure having a smoothly interview and choose the most suitable for each position.
  • Building network via Linked in, Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidate from difference source and branding our company.
  • Building candidates database ensure promptly meet the recruitment requests from departments.
  • Preparing the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees to they can integrate soon into the work.
  • Support to prepare the facilities for training sessions organized by HR ensuring the training sessions go smoothly, successfully.
  • Follow up the training assessment process properly of employees supporting for training program improvement.
  • Gathering and reviewing new employees’ profiles carefully to ensure they have enough required documents as company regulations.
  • Inputting and checking employee data to assure the employee information are correctly.
  • Join the exit interview with employees resign to collect the information about employee’s feeling and find out the reason of resignation.
  • Conducts surveys, interviews, focus group and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations
  • Brainstorming/Joining the activities to improve turnover rate.
  • Making reports of Recruitments, Training, Onboard weekly, monthly and yearly as assigned by superiors ensuring reports always on time and accuracy.
  • Handle and ensure arrangement for expatriate process including work permit, visa, resident card application, air ticket reservation, accommodation and transportation arrangement.

Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from College or higher at Business Administration, Law, Industrial Management, HR field or any related.
  • Over 4 years experience in recruitment for manufacturing industries.
  • Good at English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Sociable proactive, hardworking and open mindset.
