The Role
Partners with business leaders to align HR plans with business goals, ensure Thai labor law compliance, manage the employee lifecycle, coach managers on performance and employee relations, support workforce planning and compensation decisions, drive retention initiatives, lead HR projects, and analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Duties:
- Partner with BU Heads to understand business goals and build HR plans that support them
- Keep HR policies and work rules compliant with Thai labor law, while making sure they actually work in practice
- Own the full employee journey for the BU e.g. onboarding, probation, and offboarding
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters including practical labor law guidance, related process, and documentation
- Advise and support the BU on manpower planning, candidate profile evaluation, and offer decisions
- Support managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and compensation matters
- Plan and drive retention initiatives
- Run HR projects such as engagement surveys, HR system rollouts, or process improvements
- Analyze HR data (turnover, headcount, engagement) to spot trends and proactively bring solutions to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 - 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 years in HRBP
- Solid working knowledge of Thai labor law
- Strategic thinker who can connect HR plans to business goals
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to voice professional opinions and constructively challenge business leaders when necessary
- Experience working with senior leaders and handling tough conversations with confidence
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Good understanding of the business and industry
- Adaptable, able to help the organization through change
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an HR Business Partner role
- Solid working knowledge of Thai labor law
- Ability to connect HR plans to business goals through strategic thinking
- Proactive mindset and confidence to provide professional opinions and constructively challenge business leaders
- Experience working with senior leaders and handling difficult conversations confidently
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
