Leads enterprise IT sales strategy, business development, complex deal execution, strategic account growth, forecasting, and sales team performance. Builds executive relationships and sells cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, DevOps, managed services, and digital transformation solutions. Develops pipelines, account plans, go-to-market strategies, and revenue forecasts while coordinating with presales, engineering, delivery, marketing, and product teams.

Drive enterprise revenue for cybersecurity and system integration solutions by generating opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, closing deals, and expanding strategic accounts. Build relationships with executives and security decision-makers, collaborate with presales and delivery teams on technical proposals, and engage cybersecurity vendors and distributors to develop joint opportunities.

Leads client discussions to understand business and technical requirements, then designs secure, scalable enterprise solutions spanning cloud, hybrid infrastructure, systems, storage, networking, and cybersecurity. Supports sales through technical demonstrations, architecture presentations, proposals, BOMs, and solution specifications. Analyzes existing environments, communicates value and feasibility to IT stakeholders, and coordinates customers, sales teams, technical teams, and technology partners.

Partners with business leaders to align HR plans with business goals, ensure Thai labor law compliance, manage the employee lifecycle, coach managers on performance and employee relations, support workforce planning and compensation decisions, drive retention initiatives, lead HR projects, and analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with developers to create and execute manual and automated test plans. Identify, document, and track defects, perform regression and API testing, evaluate user experience, maintain test documentation, and help develop test automation frameworks and scripts.

Drive IT sales to government and public sector customers: develop and execute sales strategies, manage full sales cycle (lead generation to closing), prepare proposals and TOR documents, coordinate with presales/engineering/delivery, conduct presentations and demos, maintain stakeholder relationships, and stay current on public sector procurement and technology trends.

Provide tier-1/tier-2 application support: receive and triage incidents, troubleshoot and collect diagnostics, coordinate with developers to resolve issues within SLA, prepare operational reports, track project MD utilization, verify fixes after deployment, maintain support documentation, and assist with deployment and maintenance coordination.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications (frontend and backend). Implement APIs, microservices, and databases; ensure pixel-perfect UI from Figma/Adobe XD. Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Lead design, development, customization, and integration of enterprise content management solutions using Oracle WebCenter/UCM or similar ECM platforms. Build REST APIs, web services and microservices, integrate via Oracle SOA Suite/BPM, provide architecture guidance, review code, mentor teams, and support production, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Leads budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, variance analysis, financial reporting, executive dashboards, and business performance evaluation. Supports feasibility studies, pricing and cost-efficiency analysis, investor relations materials, and strategic decision-making. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, business units, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Manage sales activities for IT services and solutions: build new customer relationships, maintain existing accounts, prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate with technical teams for delivery, track pipeline and forecasts, and provide basic product knowledge to customers.
