About the Role:

The Human Resource Business Partner Director is responsible for holistically implementing SpringWorks’ People & Organization Strategy in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees enabling the business objectives of the organization. The Human Resource Business Partner Director acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the business, maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. 

Location Classification – Hybrid:

This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with assigned business areas to drive people and organizational development objectives in alignment with corporate and business objectives. 
  • Translates overall Business and People Strategy into impactful initiatives for assigned business units.  
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve culture, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. 
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning. 
  • Evaluates data patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs, i.e. Identifies training needs.  
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. 
  • Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment, etc. 
  • Partners with leadership to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talent to include high potential identification and associated development programming 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field 
  • 9+ years of progressive human resources experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry.
  • HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting Commercial and/or Commercial Sales organization highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. 
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. 
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Experience working with C-Level executives
  • Ability to coach employees and management 
  • Ability to influence key decisions and stakeholders as an individual contributor.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $200,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
