Human Resource Assistant [ Recruitment & Operations ]

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing Singapore team. This is an entry / junior level opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

The role will primarily support Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, while also assisting with HR operations, onboarding, employee records and engagement activities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Main Focus

• Support the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Post job vacancies on LinkedIn, JobStreet, university portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment status in the ATS / HR systems.
• Support campus recruitment activities, career fairs and university partnerships.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Support new employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with employment letters, HR forms and other employee documentation.
• Support employee attendance, leave and other HR administrative matters.
• Liaise with internal departments and employees on routine HR matters.

Employee Engagement & Events

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, communications and materials.
• Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
• Support other HR projects and activities as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Entry level is welcome to apply, mentorship and guidance will be given for this post.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of HR / Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
