We are seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the following positions within the group and in some of our operating companies.

Job Description

Reporting to the group HR and admin manager, this role leads and directs the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR services as well as undertakes general admission duties for the business.

Anchors the data bank on all employees’ records of service updating them on a monthly basis.

Work in close concert with accounts department to ensure reconciliation of employees records to ensure accuracy of payroll and actual staff list.

Authorization of hospital medical forms for all employees.

Advice line managers on confirmation of appointments of new staff as at when due.

Organize induction programs for all new staff.

Ensure compliance with government policies and other statutory regulations as they affect company operations.

Ensuring environmental cleanliness via daily inspection to ascertain effective job performance of the retained cleaning service companies.

Liaise with relevant public utility companies with a view to maintain an harmonious relations required for smooth operational efficiency.

Management of the staff canteen.


Qualifications

A good bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree in social sciences, liberal arts or law. Must be computer literate.

Must be a registered member of CIPMN

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a well structured organization.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership, counseling and communication skills.

Capacity to work long hours.
