A medium-sized and fast expanding construction company based in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking to hire qualified individuals to fill this vacant position.
Job DescriptionEmployee recruitment and induction
Employee performance, management and training
Employee relations and welfare matters
Compensation and benefits administration
Maintaining employee files, and HR filing system
Promoting Strategic People Management Policies and Procedures within the company
Carrying-out day-to-day efficient operations of HR administration
QualificationsMinimum of HND (Upper Credit) or Bachelors degree(2.2)
30-45 years age bracket
A minimum of 10 years experience in HR/Admin, 4 of which must have been in the construction industry, preferably with an expatriate firm.
Knowledge of accepted HR practices, procedures and principles, membership of CIPM is a plus
Knowledge of MS suite i.e. Word, Excel etc. and the use of HR software’s
Good people Management skills.
