Summary: Our dynamic HCM Strategy team is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive global, large-scale transformational initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge applications and AI to enhance employee experience, deliver quantifiable automation benefits, and build resilient HCM solutions across our firm.
As a Vice President, you will lead strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions critical projects from initiation to completion. - Proficiency with enterprise-grade product management platforms (e.g., Jira), analytics tools, and collaboration software.
