Our teams advise, design and implement strategies, processes and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results. We look for individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills, innovative thinking and intellectual curiosity who want to make an impact on the success of the firm’s most valuable asset, our people.
Summary:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 3–6 years of experience to build and enhance analytics solutions that help HR leaders and managers make better, faster people decisions. You will design reliable semantic/data models, create high-impact dashboards and reporting products, and contribute to data warehousing and governance practices. A key differentiator for this role is being AI-savvy: you should be comfortable using modern Generative AI tools in daily work and preferably possess foundational knowledge of Agentic AI concepts (tool-using agents, orchestration, guardrails) as they increasingly shape the analytics lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Solution Delivery
•Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical products for HR domains such as headcount, attrition, recruiting, performance, compensation, mobility, and workforce planning.
•Translate business questions into clear KPI definitions, intuitive visual layouts, and actionable insights (storytelling with data).
•Apply visualization best practices: chart selection, accessibility, performance optimization, and consistent UX patterns.
Data Modeling:
•Develop and maintain dimensional models (star/snowflake schemas), reusable measures, and a governed semantic layer to support self-service reporting.
•Ensure metric consistency and enable drilldowns by designing conformed dimensions, hierarchies, and calculation logic.
Data Warehousing & Pipelines
•Partner with data engineering and platform teams to build/extend data pipelines into the warehouse (incremental loads, data quality checks, documentation).
•Perform profiling, reconciliation, and validation of HR datasets; monitor and troubleshoot data issues and refresh failures.
•Contribute to standardization: naming conventions, model documentation, release processes, and testing patterns.
Responsible AI Enablement
•Use Generative AI tools responsibly to accelerate development (requirements synthesis, SQL/DAX scaffolding, documentation, test cases, dashboard narratives).
•Demonstrate foundational knowledge of modern AI concepts relevant to analytics:
•Understand Agentic AI at a foundational level

•3–6 years in BI development / analytics engineering and solution building role with background in Computer Science / Statistics / Data Science / Business Analytics
