We are looking to hire a Human Capital Associate who is responsible for handling the internship programs at the company and coordinate with the concerned managers. As well supporting wide recruiting efforts and handling other HR duties whenever needed and as assigned by the direct manager.


Responsibilities

  • Handle the internship programs at the company and coordinate with the concerned managers to design suitable plans and monitor the implementation of programs precisely.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts to meet hiring goals by posting job vacancies, collecting CVs, assisting with the screening, scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews and reference check.
  • Use recruitment websites and Applicant Tracking System effectively to collect as many qualified candidates as possible.
  • Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
  • Ensure standardized recruitment processes, policies and templates are utilized and suggest enhancements whenever needed.
  • Understand business and/or function’s strategy and vision and how it impacts recruitment needs and job requirements.
  • Assist the staff with job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in designing and updating handbooks for all offices.
  • Build working relationships with local partners, staff, and business recruiters related to the recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor the attendance of employees and offer daily and weekly reports whenever needed.
  • Perform other HR related duties as assigned by the direct manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good eye for talents and able to keep up with high-volume recruiting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a strong network.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
