Responsibilities
- Handle the internship programs at the company and coordinate with the concerned managers to design suitable plans and monitor the implementation of programs precisely.
- Support talent acquisition efforts to meet hiring goals by posting job vacancies, collecting CVs, assisting with the screening, scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews and reference check.
- Use recruitment websites and Applicant Tracking System effectively to collect as many qualified candidates as possible.
- Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
- Ensure standardized recruitment processes, policies and templates are utilized and suggest enhancements whenever needed.
- Understand business and/or function’s strategy and vision and how it impacts recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Assist the staff with job fairs and recruiting events.
- Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in designing and updating handbooks for all offices.
- Build working relationships with local partners, staff, and business recruiters related to the recruiting efforts.
- Monitor the attendance of employees and offer daily and weekly reports whenever needed.
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good eye for talents and able to keep up with high-volume recruiting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
- Ability to establish and maintain a strong network.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
