Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a HubSpot Technical Product Owner/Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to manage and deliver cutting-edge products that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance sales process, with a proven track record in product management. Additionally, the manager will oversee a team of HubSpot administrators who configure and support the HubSpot Sales instance.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Work with the Director of CRM Products and the Business Product Owner to develop a roadmap of CRM functionality improvements
- Technical Requirements: Define and document technical product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes and workflows within HubSpot to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the sales organization
- HubSpot Data: Responsible for HubSpot CRM data integrity, standardization, accuracy, and integrations, including ongoing quality assurance processes
- Integrations: Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party software, including custom API development
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and can independently prioritize work
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions to achieve a shared goal
- Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and best practices
- Manage a team of HubSpot administrators
- Monitoring and evaluating product performance
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration or 3+ years of CRM administration/management
- HubSpot Sales Hub Software Certification
- HubSpot Revenue Operations (Optional)
- HubSpot Sales Management (Optional)
- Agile Basics Certification or 1 year Agile experience
