OneIMS Group is seeking a dedicated HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and successful implementation of HubSpot tools tailored to their specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new HubSpot clients, ensuring they fully understand the platform's capabilities.
- Customize HubSpot setups according to clients' business objectives and industry requirements.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize their use of HubSpot’s features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and client success.
- Create and maintain documentation on onboarding processes and guidelines for ongoing improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably within a b2b environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.
