We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot onboarding, implementation, and API integrations. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless setup and integration of HubSpot within their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the HubSpot onboarding process, ensuring successful setup and implementation.
- Assist with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub configurations.
- Implement API integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of HubSpot tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.
- Document onboarding processes and best practices for future reference.
- 3+ years of experience in HubSpot onboarding, implementation, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Located in Latin America (Remote Position).
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certifications in Implementation, Onboarding, or API Integrations.
- Previous experience working with a marketing agency or SaaS company.
- Experience with automation and workflow setup within HubSpot.
