What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Hubspot Admin at Sendcloud, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving sales and marketing processes. You will be configuring the CRM system and other related tools, building automations and creating dashboards to support the business. Your expertise in Hubspot will enable the marketing & sales team to run smooth operations. You stay updated on new trends and technology and are eager to try new things. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech startup and make a significant impact on our sales & marketing operations  

Your responsibilities 

  • You are responsible for managing and configuring our Hubspot environment together with a team of RevOps experts. 
  • You will work together with SalesOps, Sales Enablement, & MarketingOps to implement and optimise sales & marketing processes. 
  • Next to being Hubspot admin, you will be responsible for maintaining other tools and integrations (e.g. PartnerStack, Leadinfo, etc.) 
  • You will be developing workflows  and building dashboards. You will be the trusted advisor for your stakeholders. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the system to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.
  • Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing source tracking, updating workflows, and refining logic as needed.
  • Collaborate with revenue stakeholders and leaders to drive process improvements
  • Liaise between the marketing, sales, and operations departments to tightly align business objectives

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as Hubspot admin 
  • You have experience with Hubspot SalesHub and/or MarketingHub
  • You have a deep understanding of sales & marketing processes
  • You stay updated on new trends (e.g. AI) and technologies (e.g. Clay) and are eager to try new things.
  • You have worked in a SaaS business before
  • You are pro-active and are an excellent communicator – you have experience working cross-functionally with multiple revenue departments 
  • You are available to work at least 3 days per week in the office in Eindhoven. 
  • Plus:
    • Being able to query a database using SQL. 
    • Being able to write JavaScript or Python scripts. 
    • Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics industry
