About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our learners and visitors to our venue.  The post covers a variety of admin tasks to also include the delivery of exams, inputting data accurately into our system to enrol learners onto our courses, processing payments, and to provide an excellent customer service to learners and curriculum teams.

The post requires out of hours cover and you must be available to work up to a maximum of 2 evenings a week and up to 8 Saturdays per annum.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

About You

To apply for this post, you must be able to evidence in your application how you meet the following criteria:

  • Have a good standard of written and spoken English equivalent to functional skills level 2 or above, and a good standard of numeracy
  • Reception and customer care experience
  • Clerical experience in a range of tasks to include word processing, filing, photocopying, taking and relaying messages, data input and maintaining records
  • Routine cash handling
  • Organising tasks to meet priorities 
  • Working as a team member
  • Be aware of the importance of confidentiality

Skills Required
