As an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional at MKS, the role involves proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across India operations. Their role blends technical oversight with strategic leadership.
You Will Make an Impact By:

• Sustain the ww Internal Management System including the Matrix
• Successful implementation of Local HSE initiatives
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of Travel is required.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor environmental regulations and ensure the organization's operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate hazards.
Skills You Bring:
•Bachelor's degree in chemical / industrial engineering, Advanced/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI/STEB or equivalent recognized institute, NEBOSH IGC (Preferrable)
• Minimum 4+years of related experience

• Assist in Safety Culture Building
• Ensure HSE Regulatory compliance
• experience in ISO 45001 and

• Conduct Risk Management
Preferred Skills:

• Assist in developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures Environmental Management
• Strong grasp on international Safety and Electrical Safety
•Concluding documentation for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 9001 and customer requirements.

• Financial Responsibilities: HSE Budget proposal and compliance
