Monitor site activities during night operations to ensure compliance with HSE policies.
Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure adherence to Qatar government HSE approvals and project‑specific requirements.
Support emergency drills, first‑aid readiness, and firefighting equipment checks.
Document inspections, incidents, and corrective actions; submit reports to management.
Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness sessions for night shift workers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
Valid HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 awareness).
Previous Qatar government project approvals (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, including night shift/site supervision.
