The Role

Conduct daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE awareness sessions. Ensure Permit to Work compliance, review risk assessments and method statements, monitor PPE and safe work practices, investigate incidents and near misses, maintain HSE documentation, coordinate corrective actions, and enforce emergency and environmental procedures.

Requirements

NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

Valid Qatar ID (QID).

Valid MIC PTW Card.

Valid MIC Gate Pass.

Relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects.

Good knowledge of PTW, risk assessment, JSA, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Must be able to work effectively with site personnel and management.

Immediate availability is preferred.
