HRSS Supervisor (Benefits)
So what does a HRSS Supervisor (Benefits) really do? Think of yourself as someone who will provide support in the areas of people metrics, reporting and predictive analytics.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will manage a team of HRSS Advocates where that individual would need to motivate, empower and lead. The candidate should be a passionate, customer centric adept individual who can deliver personalized and memorable experiences for our employees. This way, our employees will rely on you to answer questions, address their concerns, and teach them on HR policies and benefits.

As an HRSS Supervisor (Benefits), you will:

Supervise the team in supporting the day to day operations within Benefits Shared Service function, conduct of corrective actions and implementation of coaching sessions.

Managing presentations on team stats, trending tickets, and recommendations to help address recurring cases.

Improving the customer experience, encouraging organic growth, and creating engaged customers.

Keeping track of the team’s performance, and improving it.
-
Generate different employee information reports necessary for audit, data and strategic purposes.

Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion.

Partner with functional Global HR process owners to implement proactive employee retention strategies.

Participate in New Employee Orientation activities as subject matter expert.

Liaise with government agencies and vendors on benefits processing and handle benefits inquiries.

Work with our TaskUs Benefits team members from different regions to ensure alignment across our offices as well as to share best practices.

Deliver Ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by the business
Do you have what it takes to become a HRSS Supervisor (Benefits)
Requirements:
-
Graduate of Human Resource Management, any math course, or other related courses. Have at least 2 years experience in a BPO setting

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with HR systems and in HR functions such as compensation, employee relations, benefits , etc., Supporting SEA is a plus

Have a background to different policies with regard to benefits processing of government agencies
-
Have extensive skills and knowledge when it comes to Google Workspace, particularly MS Excel or google sheet

Amenable in rotating schedules, someone who has strong analytical skills, and can work independently

Strong understanding of various business systems and processes
-
Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
-
Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to get things done, and maintain employee confidentiality, data integrity and security.

Experience in data quality reporting, advantage
