HR&P is seeking a tech-savvy, client-focused professional to support the implementation and ongoing administration of HRIS, time off and timekeeping solutions. This role works directly with clients to configure systems, manage data, and provide responsive, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administer Time Off policies for new and existing clients
- Lead client calls to review, configure, and deploy time off policies and solutions
- Upload, audit, and maintain employee time off balances
- Configure and support Time Off Request tools
- Implement and support timekeeping solution, including troubleshooting
- Provide client-facing HRIS and technical support
- Manage system updates, corrections, and ongoing maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Interest in HR technology, systems, or client-facing technical roles
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to explain information clearly to non-technical users
- Coursework or exposure to HR, payroll, information systems, or business technology
- Experience working with data files such as Excel or CSVs
- Internship, customer support, or client service experience
