Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation programs.
- Establish and manage project governance structures, steering committees, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO standards, delivery frameworks, and quality gates across all phases of implementation.
- Oversee implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
- Global Human Resources (Core HR)
- Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Compensation & Benefits
- Talent Management
- Payroll
- HR Help Desk
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Coordinate module interdependencies, data flows, and integration touchpoints across HR ecosystem platforms.
- Participate in solution design workshops, requirement gathering, testing, training, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, data privacy, and governance standards.
- Provide oversight on technical delivery streams including:
- Upstream and Downstream integrations
- REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Data migration (HDL, HSDL, FBDI)
- Reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI)
- Ensure technical solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and scalability requirements.
- Partner with technical leads to ensure timely resolution of defects, integration issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), business stakeholders, IT architecture teams, and global delivery partners.
- Manage relationships with Oracle implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Drive alignment between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across global deployments.
- Support audit readiness and change control governance for HR systems.
- Manage project schedules, sprint planning, release planning, and resource allocation across global teams.
- Drive Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall as applicable).
- Provide clear executive reporting on milestones, KPIs, and delivery health.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 6-10 years of IT project / program management experience in enterprise HRIS or ERP environments.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing HR transformation or HRIS implementation programs.
- Proven experience of delivering at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or major transformation program in HR Technology space.
- Experience managing integration-heavy environments involving Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise systems.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to influence global teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem including any one or more Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Help Desk and Analytics platforms.
- PMP / Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM - Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps and release management practices is an advantage.
