In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and "super-user" for the Workday platform, providing expert guidance on system functionality and best practices to the HR team.

  • Manage and resolve daily inquiries from HR, managers and employees, ensuring seamless system operation and data integrity.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex system errors, business process failures, and data inconsistencies through proactive root-cause analysis.

  • Collaborate on the long-term HRIS roadmap by identifying, testing, and implementing new Workday features and modules to drive operational efficiency.

  • Design, build, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs) and notifications to align with evolving organizational requirements.

  • Develop and maintain complex custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights for stakeholders.

  • Create comprehensive user guides and deliver training sessions to increase system adoption and self-service proficiency across the company.

What skills are we looking for?

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday (WD)

  • Solid understanding of HRIS configuration, integrations, and HCM foundations

  • Expertise in business processes, including mass data loads and org structure clean-up

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS best practices for data entry, maintenance, and governance

  • Proven problem-solver with the ability to deep-dive issues and resolve them end-to-end

  • Proactive mindset in identifying risks and driving solutions

  • Experience leading change management, training, and user adoption initiatives

  • Passion for improving data quality, process efficiency, and user experience

  • Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)

  • Fluent in English (C1+); Spanish and/or French are a plus
