  • Effectively communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We think this would be helpful in this role, although not required:

  • A few years of experience working with Workday HCM or a similar HR system.
  • Experience with cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges.
  • Proficiency in XML, XPath, XSLT, and an object-oriented programming language (such as Java).

  • Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.
  • A basic understanding of HR operations and employee data management.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.
