As a key member of our team, you will collaborate on the planning, development, and execution of capital projects. Your expertise will drive technical development and feasibility assessments for engineering activities across our supply chain. You'll be instrumental in executing CAPEX projects that support growth, state-of-the-art manufacturing, and productivity, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
You will work in alignment with Mondelēz's business processes and innovation in project management, ensuring our standards are consistently met.
How You Will Contribute
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver technical and capital plans during the development phases of capital investment projects, ensuring budget accuracy and appropriate technical solutions.
- Budget Management: Develop capital budgets in accordance with contracts and projected cash flow.
- Engineering Standards: Ensure the implementation of relevant engineering developments and standards.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate on the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and apply best practices.
- Project Execution: Collaborate on the execution of capital projects, taking responsibility for the quality and results, utilizing Mondelēz standards, business processes, and innovation in project management.
