You will be a critical member of the Global HRIS team, serving as a key individual contributor responsible for configuring and implementing SC Johnson’s HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other integrated tools.

This role requires strong technical expertise, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

In this capacity, you will lead assigned workstreams and technical deliverables, contribute to global HRIS initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be a key member of the Global HRIS team, responsible for configuring and supporting SC Johnson’s HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other integrated tools. This role requires strong technical skills and close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs.

This position supports global HRIS initiatives, leads assigned workstreams, and ensures high-quality, scalable solutions. It is a global role requiring collaboration across North America and EMEA time zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Execution & Collaboration

  • Lead assigned workstreams and deliver HRIS projects.

  • Partner with HR COEs, Business Process Owners, Local HR, and vendors to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and align on deliverables.

Solution Delivery

  •  Configure, test, and deploy Workday and ServiceNow solutions.

  •  Ensure data integrity and compliance across HRIS domains.

Platform Support & Governance

  • Participate in release cycles, including testing and validation.

  • Review enhancement backlogs and provide input on prioritization.

  • Maintain system access and support audit/security controls.

Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to documentation and training for platform changes.

  •  Support cyclical HRIS activities and change management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Experience level can range from mid-level to senior, based on HRIS expertise and ability to lead projects.

  • Hands-on configuration, technical solutioning and design experience with Workday, ServiceNow and/or any other HRIS enterprise applications in a global environment.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and/or ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and security.

  • Full-cycle Agile experience as lead technical resource involved in testing, release management, and troubleshooting.

Global Collaboration

  • Ability to work effectively with teams across North America and EMEA time zones.

  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Workday Pro certification or ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus.

  • Workday Absence, Security, Reporting and HCM configuration experience

  • Experience with integrations and advanced reporting tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Permanent, full-time employment

  • Onsite work setup (M-F) for 3 months; 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)

  • Dayshift or midshift (flexible working hours); flexible to work in EMEA and US time zone if necessary

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
