A Day in Your Life at MKS:

HRBP shall provide dedicated support to the IT Organization. This position will play a key role in aligning human resources processes and initiatives with the unique needs of IT team and will actively contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, effective servicing and continuous improvement.
This role will be located in Gurugram.


You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Act as a support offering insights on people management, talent development, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with the functional leadership team to develop and implement HR practices that support the business objectives.
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of tailored training programs and development opportunities for the team.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the IT industry.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing hybrid workplace issues in a manner that reflects the company's values and culture.
  • Use people analytics and HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, and uphold these values in all HR processes and interactions.
  • Support change management efforts as the company adapts and evolves its AI & Technology capabilities.


Skills You Bring:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of Relevant experience in HR with a focus on technology, ideally within an AI or shared services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using HRIS, data analytics tools, and familiar with the latest HR technologies.
  • A passion for emerging AI technologies and fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
