About the Role
The incumbent in the role will be responsible for partnering the Marketing function and Regional Sales and Expert Team for the North Region. In addition, this role will partner the assigned Sales & Expert Leadership Team members like Expert Lead.
From an HR pillar/ CoE delivery perspective, the incumbent will anchor talent management and DEI practices for both Marketing and Sales & Expert team at a pan India level, and hence, in addition to strategic business partnering, the ideal candidate must have exposure to best-in-class people practices in these two areas.
In the role, the incumbent will be lead the talent management, organizational development, and change management agenda for an expanding organisation. As we grow, this role will focus on driving talent development, supporting career growth, and leading organizational transformation initiatives to prepare us for the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the talent management and development programs with rigor to build organisation and people capabilities aligned to India Acceleration plan.

Develop and anchor the talent development and career management programs including mentoring, stretch projects, assignments etc. Devise and manage programs which enable cross vertical moves to enable growth and development.

Develop and roll out assessment centers for frontline field sales and expert force. Ensure rigor and consistency across the board and lead internal assessment (promotion) processes for managerial roles centrally.

Ensure that we are continually upgrading talent across the organization while collaborating effectively with the Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Talent, Learning, & OD teams.

Collaborate with talent acquisition team to identify challenges and unlock opportunities which drives speed and quality in external hiring.

Define and deliver DEI charter for the two functions in partnership with the Talent, Learning, and OD Lead for the BU to enhance diversity and embed a culture of inclusion, and equity. Design and lead DEI initiatives at the functional level to build Haleon’s positioning as Employer of Choice.

Act as a change champion, managing the people side of change & transformation efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in business partnering, talent development, and organizational development roles.

Strong understanding of talent development, workforce planning, and designing OD interventions to meet the business needs will be important.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
