The Role

POSITION SUMMARY:
The HRA Finance Administrator is a key role on the Finance team supporting all functions of the HRA department and working with both the Finance Administrator and Assistance Finance Administrator to support various finance functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely HRA reimbursements to our clients’ employees and supporting various finance administration duties. This role will also work closely with the Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HRA (105):

  • File all HRA emails, mail, and faxes.
  • Process HRA claims
  • Record checks and deposits in accounting system
  • Request funds from companies
  • Print HRA checks
  • Print HRA check Registers monthly
  • Process HRA Enrollments
  • Set up new HRA accounts
  • Prepare utilization reports for agents
  • Maintain Special Company spreadsheets
  • Handle Customer service calls and emails for HRA
  • Prepare HRA Plan Documents

Finance Administrator:

  • Prepare and send monthly health, vision and stop loss insurance billing
  • Prepare premium deposits
  • Download client invoices and post to accounting system
  • Prepare and send Ebills for several cleints
  • Prepare outstanding premium reports
  • Prepare monthly admin fee invoices for all BAI clients
  • Assist with FSA claims processing and customer service as needed
  • Prepare Schedule Cs as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Other Skills needed:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel, access and word
  • General experience in Accounting/finance
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Department Accounting & Finance

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
