Pluralsight is looking for an exceptional leader to take our talent Acquisition team to the next level. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving our global recruiting strategy forward, setting the vision for the talent acquisition team and enabling hiring teams to be successful.

What you'll own:

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the company's objectives.
• Build a world class employer brand that's attractive to a diverse pool of applicants.
• Manage and continually optimize a recruiting process from lead generation to closed hire, driving efficiency and candidate conversion with streamlined processes.
• Build strong relationships and partner with functional leaders to develop talent plans.
• Teach and mentor existing team members, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning, collaboration, and a drive for excellence.

Experience you'll need:

• Proven experience leading full cycle recruiting and employer branding efforts.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent.
• Proven operational excellence running a rapidly scaling talent management program.
• Experience in building an international talent strategy.
• Data-driven approach to talent acquisition - you utilize talent metrics to identify gaps and increase efficiencies.
