We announced our Series D funding round of $220 million in Feb. 2021, just two months after our Series C round. What you’ll do:
In support of our continued expansion, Public is seeking an experienced full cycle technical recruiter. We are looking for someone who can identify top talent while focusing on candidate experience. The ideal candidate can juggle a variety of positions/hiring managers and understands how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role is going to be instrumental in supporting the growth of our organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to build out effective/efficient interview processes to bring in top candidates
- Manage the sourcing process for high priority roles
- Create job descriptions that attract top talent
- Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Provide best in class candidate experience, providing timely feedback and clear understanding of interview process
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record for successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring top notch talent.
- Ability to source passive talent and clearly communicate the benefits of joining Public.com
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices
- Technology knowledge (different coding languages/technical stacks/terminology)
- Experience with working for a startup in hypergrowth mode
- Proactive mindset to help drive the process
