Nurx is looking for an experienced and energetic Technical Recruiter to help scale our Engineering teams. We are a mission-driven, small (but mighty) scrappy team that is helping hire folks that want to help make healthcare accessible. Reporting to the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with Engineering Leadership and other members of the team to find and engage the best and brightest talent.

What you'll do:

• Own the entire technical recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers.
• Prioritize candidate experience and track all candidate activity in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Create innovative strategies to identify, attract, and engage candidates.
• Source and assess qualified and diverse candidates through searches, referrals, networking, and other creative ideas you bring to the table.
• Partner and build relationships with hiring managers and leadership across the company to fully understand their hiring needs and set recruiting priorities.
• Proactively contribute to improving the recruiting function by challenging the status quo and providing suggestions for improvement.

A bit about you:

• 4+ years experience of full-cycle technical recruiting in a high-growth environment and/or agency.
• Robust sourcing experience and utilizing sourcing tools/systems.
• Savvy in staying up-to-date on current news and market trends in the tech space.
• Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, urgency, and prioritization.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process.
• A passion for creating an amazing candidate experience, and continually improving hiring practices.

This position is full-time and based in San Francisco, CA or can be remote. Visa sponsorship is not available.
