We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our Information Technology function. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the strength to work at a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Consult with the assigned functional area's HR generalists and hiring leaders to develop a results-oriented recruiting strategy
- Partner with hiring leaders, HR generalists and others to build strong, collaborative relationships
- Develop a recruiting strategy and pipeline that attracts a diverse candidate pool
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for validating the qualifications of candidates to move forward in the process
- Be a brand ambassador for Hanes through interactions with candidates, applicants and on social media
- Support additional projects such as: evaluating new tools, continuous improvements, analytics, labor market analysis and more
- Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 2 years relevant experience is preferred
- 1 year experience recruiting for Information Technology positions
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with iCims ATS is preferred, but will train as needed
