We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our Information Technology function. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the strength to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with the assigned functional area's HR generalists and hiring leaders to develop a results-oriented recruiting strategy
  • Partner with hiring leaders, HR generalists and others to build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Develop a recruiting strategy and pipeline that attracts a diverse candidate pool
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for validating the qualifications of candidates to move forward in the process
  • Be a brand ambassador for Hanes through interactions with candidates, applicants and on social media
  • Support additional projects such as: evaluating new tools, continuous improvements, analytics, labor market analysis and more
  • Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding process



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 2 years relevant experience is preferred
  • 1 year experience recruiting for Information Technology positions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with iCims ATS is preferred, but will train as needed
