Talent Specialist- Learning Coordinator
Your role
Do you have a knack for setting up events? Would you like to make an impact in the development of our employees' careers?
We are looking for someone to:
• lead the administration and logistics to schedule, plan, coordinate and roll out the UBS University programs • book internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and materials for trainers and participants • set up programs on the learning management system (MyCampus) and ensure a seamless delivery and participation
Your team
You'll be working in the Talent Management team in Nashville and collaborating with teams across the globe. And you'll play an important role in enabling our employees to grow in their careers. We invest in their professional development by making sure they have the tools and support to get there.

Your expertise
• ideally previous experience working in talent or learning management• experience with Cornerstone could be an advantage• hands-on involvement identifying capability gaps and devising talent strategies• effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills• a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
