We’re creating an on-demand dining experience where customers can receive high-quality meals perfectly prepared and served to their doorsteps within minutes. We partner with the best restaurants and chefs across a diverse range of cuisines to offer access to the world’s most delicious food—anytime, anywhere. Meals are prepared in Wonder kitchens and finished by onboard chefs deployed in our customized mobile kitchens.

Wonder is led by a team of experienced entrepreneurs including some of the most accomplished leaders and operators in the technology, culinary, and logistics industries. Backed by top-tier venture capitalists, we’re moving quickly to pioneer the future of food.

If you join our team, you’ll work in a supportive and collaborative environment where our culture and our values—Mastery, Compassion, and Courage—are taken as seriously as delivering an incredible experience for our customers.

About the role

As our Talent Community Lead, you will develop and manage a system that allows Wonder to cultivate and re-engage with candidates for existing and future roles. You’ll do this by managing our employee referral program to make sure all referrals are processed appropriately. You will also develop an internal CRM that will help us stay in touch with high-potential talent. This is an individual contributor role with lots of autonomy and room to build something from scratch. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and stay in extreme close touch with candidates. If you enjoy networking with people and setting great experiences, this is the role for you! Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and promote our employee referral program to ensure high participation and follow-through from the recruiting and hiring teams
  • Develop drip e-mail marketing campaigns to stay in touch with talent and increase candidate engagement
  • Implement an internal CRM strategy and infrastructure to easily filter through candidate profiles and attributes
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to present opportunistic candidates and referrals while providing a welcoming and inclusive experience to candidates
  • Organize and oversee events with our talent community to promote career and networking opportunities
  • Curate recurring e-newsletters for our Talent Community to highlight new opportunity and events

The experience you have

  • Recruiting background and experience with a deep focus and attention to the candidate experience
  • Experience navigating through Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools and making operational improvements
  • Comfortable pulling routine reports and analyzing data to determine our Talent Community performance and engagement metrics
  • Experience managing and running events (virtual and in-person)

The way you work

  • You craft positive approaches with the pursuit of excellence for our people and customers in mind
  • You solve problems and make decisions informed by data, insights, and good judgement
  • You gain trust through open dialogue, embracing change, and actively seeking feedback

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K with matching. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.

A final note
